TWDCC's Intensive program is designed to give young dancers a taste of what a professional dancer’s life is all about: refining technique and performance, developing choreography, broadening knowledge of various dance styles, and learning about body awareness, wellness, and health through supplementary classes.
This comprehensive intensive will expose dancers to rigorous training, challenging choreography, creative projects, body care, professional photoshoot, and final performance. Faculty includes Bessie Award winner Sharon Skepple Mayfield from the renowned Garth Fagan Dance company in NY, home company of TWDCC Artistic Director Micha Scott, and masterclasses with professional dance artists.
Please note: Dancers must have prior dance training to attend this program.
Please contact the program director, Micha Scott, for leveling requirements, at micha@tanneryworlddance.com
