TWDCC provides dance education to dedicated and talented students, linking them to accomplished teaching artists.

Supporting dance artists of all genres to tell their stories on as many platforms as possible. We elevate BIPOC voices and work to break through established forms of representation in all creative possibilities.

Black Health Matters Initiative: One Year Anniversary!
October 16th
1PM-5PM

On October 16th from 1-5pm, Santa Cruz County’s Black Health Matters Initiative will celebrate its One-Year Anniversary with a day-long festival on the Tannery Arts Center campus featuring performances, live music, food, a health clinic, artists, family fun activities, and vendors. The BHMI One-Year Anniversary is open to all community members, and is free of charge.

PIVOT: The Art of Fashion

After the tremendously difficult time of Covid, heartache, fear and isolation, we all need art more than ever… art that challenges us, art that makes us laugh and art that takes our breath away. Pivot: The Art of Fashion is all that. Join us for a feel good time, in the courtyard at the Tannery Arts Center in Santa Cruz, CA on October 23. Pivot: The Art of Fashion's productions features designer’s fashions and artist’s wearable artwork in their inimitable style, with attention to detail and plenty of surprises. You don't want to miss this! Pivot… Art that brings us together. Ready… Set… Pivot!
