- Dropped classes will result in a pro-rated amount from the date you let us know the dancer is dropping the class (this is not retroactive).
- We cannot offer refunds to your card after 45 days after the purchase date. We can offer you credit on your account, or charge a $20 administrative fee to cover payment processing costs to write you a check. Our default is to credit your account for future purchases; refunds must be requested.
- Tuition for the current month will be charged monthly on the 5th of each month (regular season tuition only).
- There is a $30 nonrefundable, one-time per year, per student Registration Fee applied to your initial purchase at the start of each season.
- The second and following siblings will automatically receive 10% off each monthly autopay (not applicable to Summer Programs).
- Families will receive class credit only on their Studio Director account for any classes cancelled due to COVID.
- Monthly class charges include holidays and breaks.
