Maggie Collins
Maggie Collins has been a Santa Cruz resident since 1986 with extensive involvement in dance and community arts. She trained in ballet for 8 years during her youth and holds degrees from Scripps College and UC Santa Barbara.
She worked at UC Santa Cruz for 23 years as a Budget Analyst and Department Manager, retiring in 2010. During her tenure there, she served on the Board of the Tandy Beal Dance Company in various capacities including treasurer and president. Currently, she serves as Treasurer for Insight Santa Cruz, a Buddhist meditation center. She has been a San Francisco Ballet subscriber for 49 years and has supported young dancers at TWDCC in recent years.
