Eddie Standifer
Eddie Standifer is an enthusiastic and inspirational dancer that loves to connect the moves with the grooves. He has had this passion for dance since the early 2000s as a kid. In high school a few of his close friends were boys and they would meet up every break, lunch, before and after school just to break. Throughout those few years he was introduced to a plethora of styles branching from Popping, Tutting, Waves, House, Turfin, and JerseyClub, just to name a few, but what made it all connect were the grooves.
2010 was his introduction into choreography and competition teams. His roots began with a small team in Hollister called Villains Inc, dedicated within the Popping style mixed with choreography. After Villains Inc came to an end, his new home team became Syndicate. While earning his degree at SJSU, the tools he received to better develop and formulate his movement were essential for him to fully allow himself to create and express himself. He applies his knowledge and experience through the styles with the structure and formula taught through the studios.
